led resistors built in?

im trying to replace the leds in my demister and lock buttons to blue.

can anyone tell me if the component board inside the demister and lock buttons have resistors already?

now i'd guess the ilumination for the buttons is done by a capless 1.2w filament lamp

but the indicator to say it's on/locked is done by an led
