LED Sidelight polarity

stupid question, my LED sidelights turned up today. How do i know which way round to install them. Most things ive read suggest they'll work both ways but the proper was will be brighter.

When I fitted mine they would only work one way.

It took them straight out though as they didn't look right.

should work both, if one way doesnt work turn it round. wont damage em.

fubs put them in, if they dont work take them out and swap them over. easy

the ones i've used have all had single polarity but it doesn't do any damage to them the wrong way.

the type you have bought there normally go very well with xenons, its what I put in the Cooper S.

I haven't used ultraleds but have looked at the site, got some good stuff, is that the price for a single bulbs, and what was p&p?

Don't want to wee on your bonfire, but if you use your high beams these plastic LEDs fail very quickly. I went through 4 plastic ones from UltraLEDs in two five minute late night sessions.

Those ones don't fail because they are metal. Much dearer though!

ive heard reports like yours which say they last a few weeks, and others saying they last severy years... so for less than a tenner im gonna chance it
