Lever on passenger seat broken.

I have got a mk2 3dr clio and the lever to move the seat forward to allow people to get in the back has broken. You are able to pull the lever all of the way but the seat will not lean forward. any suggestions on how to fix this?

Cable between the lever and the release for the seat. Just get a new one and change.

I've had the same issue! Buy a cable from renault. Mine was 26pound I think, and takes 10mins to fit just unclip seat cover from underneath and roll up, watch the airbags though

Problem fixed without having to buy a new cable. just wiggled the old one a bit and it works fine now
