Lexus Lights help pls......

& dont anybody say anything, I like them so I dont care who doesnt......

Anyway, just got my smoked ones from K-Tec today, fitted them and all looked good.

Tested out all the lights work, but the indicators dont work (they will on hazards) and the brake lights wont work.

Side lights, reverse lights and fog lights all work......

Can anybody help me?

check all fuses but probably a faulty indicator stalk.

They worked just before I swapped the lights over so doubt its the indicator stalk, as the brake lights dont work now either.

yes but your hazards work and they use the same bulbs and wiring to the rear lights as the normal indicators.

do other lights come on when u press the brake?? mine did, us work out what it is and swap em over

Sounds silly but have you checked the connections, you havent snagged a wire when fitting them back on, cuis i knwo when i did mone they were a pain to get on, if you have snagged a ire and its earthing on the car body....

check all the connections and bulbs.checked the earth to the rear lights.

No other lights come on with the brake, and the brake light doesnt come on with anything else so I know thats all fine.

Connections are fine, wires are fine afaik. I mean hazards work, but indicators dont so cant be the wire/connection afaik.

Im cant figure it out!?

have you checked all the fuses?

take them off

put the std ones back on, jsut connect them up

if they all work fine you knwo tis the lghts, if not then hunt for the prob wiht std lights on

Fuses are fine, just checked them all.

Will put the standard ones back on tomorrow, cant be arsed now.

Ok, just put the standard lights back on and still no indicators or brake lights!

What the f**k happened when I was swapping them over......

Any ideas?
