LG optimus 3D

Anyone bought one yet??

Is it good enough to rival the galaxy s2??

Not even close. It's fun to use to see a 3D phone and it is quite impressive but fairly low resolution in 3D mode. It also doesn't use 3D all the time, just when your in the 3D App which gives you access to Camera, YouTube, Games and a couple of other things.

What lets it down mainly is LG's Android build which is utter tosh. Feels half finished where as the S2 feels fairly polished.

Sack 3D id love to see a holographic phone. I remember a game in the arcades YEARS ago that was a holographic one...it was awesome. But it never took off

One of the guys at work had one.

3d is a nice gimmick, but nothing special, but apparently the battery life is awful. He was getting 6 hours out of it. So he sent it back.
