LG Viewty owners HELP

I cannot receive or send picture messages and i cannot get the bloody thing to connect to my LG PC Suite software for image transfer, are there parameter/settings i have to change for it to work.

Go to Phone settings, Connectivity, check what the USB connection mode is, it needs to be data service in order to connecto to the LG Software.
