LHD clutch cable source

Hi all,

I'm looking for a LHD clutch cable for my 2001 ph2 172 .

Does anyone know a good source? it seems that the LHD cables have been discontinued by Renault.
I'm looking for a genuine one as it seems to be the only good known replacement when reading some threads on here.

The 'logic' that Renault use when discontinuing parts is bizarre.

You might find one on ebay, if you are very lucky!

Problem is non of these are genuine cables and i don't know what brand to go for as some non genuine cables have fitment issues. At least that's what i read on here. Any suggested brand that are known to be a good replacement?

any of the big names are probably OEM, so Sachs, Valeo, Hella, TRW should be fine
