Hi guys,

Has anyone had experience with the company above? They seem to be the main insurer for people that get phone insurance through their bank accounts. Mines through Barclays.

I've recently broken my iPhone 3GS and have submitted a claim to them. I've since been doing a bit of investigation and I can't seem to find a good word said about this company.

Anyone had any good or bad experiences?
