Light Problems Help!!!!!!

hi all, i have a clio RSi on a 1995 plate.

when my lights are on and i press my brake, all rear lights come on including indicators all solid, someone tells me this is a dodgy earth.

has anyone experienced this and know of a solution??

have MOT on monday so it needs to be done by then!!!

yes you have a bad earth or more often the contacts on the rear lights have arc lines on them where the contacts are loose. clean them and squeese the contacts tight. you may have to replace the bulb holders.

it was 2 wires melted together in the end.

£25 put it right to save me doin it!!!

well done mate... thearc can cause wires to get hot...
