Light Weight Seats

Im after some light weight seats for the 172. The back is totally stripped out. They dont have to be top of the range but I would like a good weight saving over the standard ones. Could anyone tell me a good place to look and how many KGs can I save?

I had some Corbeau Revolutions in my GTT a few years back and they weighed something silly like 4.5kg (dont quote me on that as i cannot remember exactly) and the original 5GTT ones weighed about four times that amount. I would imagine that the 172 seats with all the airbags and being bigger etc would weigh a fair bit more than the ones in the 5 so you will get a very good weight saving indeed. Shame the Revolutions were a bit uncomfortable but they looked the absolute nuts!

Do you want four point harness slots or not as I have 2 pairs of seats one pair with and one pair without?

std 172 seat is 22kg (according to my bathroom scales!!)

im running these badmotherf**kers!!!!

5kg EACH!!!!!!!! (and a very hefty price tag too!!)

its higher now ive got the lightweight seats, suspension lifted about 10mm!! LOL
