limp mode.

hi guys

i turned my car on the other day and it seemed to be in limp mode??? like there was a light on the dash and it no power what so ever. i drove about untill the car warmed up. turned it off and back on the limp mode seemed of cleared but the engine management light came on and has stayed on since. plus every now and again limp mode comes on while im driving

if anyone can help me before i stick it in to a garage it would be much appricated

Tbh you need to plug a reader in and see what the problem is there ain't no point second guessing what it is.
