little help please

hi everyone im new to this, got my clio 1.2 mk2 about a month ago. fitted a new clutch my self and 2 weeks later i was driving doing about 70mph and a light came up.

looked in the book its a fault warning light. goes of when you turn ignition off an on but comes on everytime. im not sure so any suggestions.
i will find out soo as im wating for my new obd reader and remapping kit to come.

the one with the waves. i no it means heater plugs but i got a petrol car so im not sure

or coil pack you may ave to change ure plug leads aswell i think the coil pack may come with the leads

Thankd m8 I give that a go. Sorry anit had time to reply also after doing my clutch the spedo goes of when the engine warms up its syarting to piss me of.
