Is it a "get me to a garage light"?

Anything that lights up and looks like an engine maybe pretty serious!

cc light is on the right hand side and the light below it is the emissons light... nothing to worry about if you have had an after market exhaust or decat. Mine comes on and goes off now and again. I've got a full system with a decat. If you dont have an aftermarket exhaust then it could be your coils or sensors problem

The clio handbook has a list of lights. I'd check in there mate.

have checked in there. its the Toxic fume monitoring warning light. My car has been a bit jumpy on cold starts for a few mornings now but fine after a minute of it warming up. got in it last night to come home and the light didnt go off.

right just rang renault at bolton. they want £85 to do a diagnostic check!!. I have a years warranty with the car through a company called Customer protect. Not sure it will cover the diagnostics check tho. thought 85 quid to just look at it was a bit steep myself thats without doin any repairs!
