Locking Lights

Just cleaned my clio, (everything working fine before). I've just finished and noticed when I lock the car it no longer flashes?

Can anyone help me with the problem?

Check all doors, and bonnet and boot are closed. If you have an alarm it will also beep.

You might find if you've left the doors open while you've been working on the car, the battery voltage has dropped and the timer circuit has timed out the alarm warning.

Run the engine to get the battery back up to full charge and it should cure the problem.

Mine locks and unlocks when it can be arsed.

Its more exciting this way.

I realised the boot wasn't closed properly, it's all working ok now.

Thats cos it only beeps when you've not shut something correctly.
