Logon problem with another forum.

Need some help folks. Trying to log into another forum I use for my Astra but I get a window saying "In order to accept POST request originating from this domain, the admin must add this domain to the whitelist". Anyone know what this is? Get this at home and at work so I guess its website specific. Cant get on to contact a mod.

Admin of that forum have buggered up by the sounds of it, probably after an upgrade or it's still in progress.
