Look at my shaft

My daily hack/nail was making some cracking and clunking noises when turning, from the passenger side. I ordered a 'shaft' from Renparts.

Thats the 'new' shaft on the left. The abs ring looks too small and so do the splines. I obviously couldn't check this until my shaft was off.

True enough, the shaft just spins in the hub splines.
So it's either a mega worn shaft or it's wrong. Which is it?
I gave them my reg number to get it right as well, so will call back tomorrow, but I don't know enough about shafts to know what this one I've been sent is.

Wrong shaft I'd say, assuming you've got a 182 with 60mm bolt spacing on the hub? (Think they're the only ones to use the bigger abs rings

Renparts seem to be getting a lot wrong recently, I ordered a strut assembly for the Mrs mk3 last week and it took three attempts to send the correct one
