looking for help to make my 2006 clio look better.

Hey I'm a dominican republic newbie and this is my 2006 clio, I want to know if you guys can help me to make my clio look better, so it can look like the ones i have seen here, I'm not very good at cars upgradind and stuff. what can i change, what do i have to upgrade, what do i have to paint, etc.

I know that i have to fix that ding in the front hehe, im going to start working on that tomorrow. I already replaced the speakers, thats the only thing i have changed.
also i want to let you know that my budget is not so big.
Im more interested on the exterior look, because i think that in the interior there is no much things i can change.
