Looking for the best springs - mk3

Whats best for my mk3 and where's best to purchase from?? I thought either 45mm or 30mm

H&R do 45mm springs i beleive.

biohazrd has just use coilsprings.co.uk to make him a custom set to run on his coilovers.

i got weitec coilovers in mine, but gettin customer reings made from coilsprings like Biohzrd.

i got them off k-tech for £500ish n fit them myself... easy enough job to do...
