  Help needed
Hi Guy's, I'm looking at buying a Clio sport once the climate changes a little. This hopefully will help sell my current car. ( Convertable)
I have recently started looking and was quite concerned to see several cars with under 50K on the clock stating that a new
gearbox was fitted etc.
Is there something going on!
Not wanting to buy a Lemon, I was hoping for some tips of things to be careful of.
Hopefully I will be able to afford a model with DSG ? padel shift ?
Sure I know its not the pirist choice, but locally the traffic is stop start and thats where
most of my driving will be, so clutchless could be the option.
So come on all you members who just browse, give me a few words of incouragement, good or bad
I'm all ears and very open to suggestions.
Budget prob between 6-8K or up to 10K dealer ??

The dsg paddle shift model is literally brand new to the market. You won't get one on your budget.

Your looking at 197/200's. Try and get one with a gearbox replaced as it's a known problem.
