New here looking for help please

Hi all. I'll start off by apologising if I've taken the wrong approach in looking for help here but I really don't have a clue what I am doing. I'm new to the forum so a bit wet behind the ears. I'm looking at buying a clio 182 tomorrow, the timing belt and dephaser was last replaced in 2016 at roughly 79k miles. I understand that it is now due for replacement so was hoping someone could recommend somewhere or someone near Cardiff that could carry out said work. Please be patient with me, I plan on spending a lot of time on here 😁, thanks all.
