loom question

Hi mates
i need your help about stripped wiring looms for race cars. Im building a tarmac rally 172 ph2 and now its the time of the dash wiring loom, i dont need airbag aircon and want to move fuse box to centre of dash. i need help for find electric diagrams and any comment about i can cut or remove from the loom. thanks
