Loose gear stick

Nothing wrong with it at all, just feels proper loose to a few of my mates cars. Has a lot more movement in it and doesnt feel tight anymore. Is there something i can tighten up or anything that will make it feel like new again? Anybody know why its done this?

Check or rear engine mount the gearstick does move a fair amount in clio to be fair

are you talking about the dogbone hear as i have a similar problem with mine

They wear out easily enough, new one is about £30 or so and well worth doing if its gone slack.

Fitting a 172 mount to the 1.2 is a good mod aswell as its stiffer(ish) that the standard one.
