Hi all, need help regarding my missing service book for my 182.The independant dealer I bought the car from lost the book prior to me picking up the car, I know the carried out the 24000ml service and have since found out the supplying dealer was Renault Liverpool, would they be able to supply a new book to me with the 12000ml service stamp ? I know from past experience Renault in general are a pain to deal with, has anyone else had to do anything like this ?

Lost service book

Not sure if this is possible as they are franchises.
What's the log book got to do with the service history.

nothing, the logbook is now the V5 document. The service booklet is exactly that
I don't think Renault UK will have a record of services etc but the individual garages will.
I spoke to Renault customer services earlier and they said that due to the data protection act they themselves could not give out service history details but they did check my reg no. and thats how I found out Renault Liverpool supplied the car from new. Hope that helps.
