Loud click when winding window up

Recently my 182 has developed 2 loud click noises when I wind the window back up, in the same position (about half way) as the window moves back up. Doesn't stop it functioning, but fear its getting worse now! It is quite loud and getting to be really annoying as wel .

Anyone has this problem/ know whats causing it?

My mate had this on his Civic, turn out there is a cog in the door that obviously pushing the window up and a few of the teeth were badly worn causing it to make a noise and jump around abit when doing it up.
