Low profile tyres

Hello, if i was to get a new set of tyres, and i wanted thinner tyres to make my wheels look bigger, and my car look lower, which should i go for?.... at the moment they are standard 185/55/R15s....

Either 195/50 or 195/45, the 50's are alot cheaper.

195/45 has a slightly thinner sidewall in proportion to the width of the tyre (195mm), compared to the 195/50.

ooo but the 195/50 would make a big difference from the standard 185/55's?

how much do they range from?? (budget....)

Slightly wider and slightly less sidewall flex than 185/55's will have, so handling will be better in theory.

Have a look on somewhere like blackcircles for prices, but in 195/50 you can pick up yoko a539's for less than 30 a corner.

i think 45's look way too thin on 15's personally, completely pointless and a waste of cash.

stick to 45's with 16's
