Lower arm / Wish bone / Control Arm Refresh

Is the most cost effective solution to just replace the lower arms or can the bushes be purchased easily enough?

I am aware the ball joints can be replaced as I have had Lemforder ones before and recall them being M12 size over M10.

If I can buy the bushes can anyone confirm which ones I need and assume they must be in quantity of 4?

Personally I'd save any hassle and buy new wishbones, genuine ones are somewhere around £60 a side from memory.
