Lowered 35mm

Hello

I have lowered my 1.6 RXE aprox 35mm on OMP springs brand new. The ride now feels very bumpy and bouncy. Even motorways are feeling bouncy. Is this crap springs? or isit that my shocks are knackered or that i need new uprated shocks?

The springs are stiffer mate. Leave it a few weeks and wait for the springs to settle then it should get a little bit better (mine did)
