Lowered the 5 some more and cleaned up some rust

When I bought the car it was lowered on Koni Shocks/springs, but these were just not low enough!

Managed to get some BC racing coilovers.

The actual job of changing the suspension was very simple and it wasn't long until we were lowered and now look like this!

We spotted a bit of rust forming on the rear sill so decided to clean it up before it got worse, also noticed that the car has had the sills plated already which is good news!

Pretty productive weekend I think and the main thing is that the 5 now handles even better and still drifts like a king!

I did, but I sold it for a cheap to run small fun(sideways) car for my final year of uni. It is so much more fun that the e36!

I discovered burnouts at the weekend too, they are fun

e36's are nice and comfy for commuting with the ability to have some fun pushing on, I would no doubt still have mine if I was commuting to work every day.

I wouldn't mind a supercharger one day , going to be a while get though...

I am loving it, the new suspension just makes it even better. I would really fancy more power one day its just difficult deciding which way to do it.
