Lowering a 172

What springs has anyone used to lower their 172s and what kind of results did you get in terms of the drop and the ride quality? A place round ours has got P.Is which say 25mm front and 15mm rear, anyone tried these?

ive got eibach "pro" lowering springs an they work a treat, its a 20mm drop on the front an 15mm on the back.

ebiach are probably best for the handling but if you want a bigger drop(30/40mm) then the apex are ok(fitted some saturday and the rides ok)

Ta lads.

I just had a read through the old posts (should have done that in the first place, soz!) and am gonna go for the Apex ones cos I fancy gettin a noticeable drop and me wallets still too sore from buyin the car to stretch to the Eibachs anyway.
