Lowering help?

DSCF2764.jpg

that my car i was just wondering if the back is on a torsion bar or springs? and would it be easlier to lower it myself or take it somewhere to be lowered?

  Lots of Alfas
Springs supporting trailing arms if your just going to lower it on springs the rear is just a case of undoing the shock pulling the arm down and yanking the spring out, you dont even have to take the wheels off.

ye rears are like a 10 minute job.. fronts are a bit harder but maybe hour or two to do.

You can do it yourself best find someoen who knows what there doing realy and get the springs compressors etc.

Takes about 3 hours if you've never done it before. Rears are dead easy.
