Lowering Mk1 ph3

I've had a look around a few sites for some lowering springs (between 40-60mm) and a lot of what i've seen are just front springs and say i should adjust the torsion bar to lower the rear?

How would i go about doing this?

Have a look on WilliamsClio or Clio16valver as I'm sure there are some guides on there
