Lowering mk2 ph2

Just wondering if there is a step by step guide to fitting lowering springs on a mk2 ph2. Probably be dropping it 40mm. Are these cheap PI springs off ebay decent. If not those i will probably be using KTR springs.

took my car for tracking having had fred fit my coilovers, and he couldnt believe that the suspension had been installed without lasers as the camber was 25 on the left, and 24 on the right. well worth it
