Fitments easy or people on here will do it for £20~40.
Personally I'd always recomend FK etc coilovers (not GAZ or SPAX though) but there £420 fro FKs on the currewnt deal otherwsie there always the Apex kits for £200~250 or springs alone which are cheap but personally I'd never just use springs but as said they are cheap and look better although at the cost of ride.

okay so if i dont just get springs and i get a set or package where can i get them from? any websites i can visit. also can anybody on here fit exhausts or something because I would like to buy a new exhaust and backbox so the tailpipes are visible. Finally any ideas for window tinting?

John 2 modiefied seems cheap but there aloads of places Halfords sell kit alos Motorworls both the online and the completly unlimked motorwork place on the net also Demon Tweeks sell them.
Exhaust arn't difficult to fit depends what type it is how well made it is.
Window tinting isn't my cup of tea best doing a search.

ricky theres a place in townhill that will tint all windows for £180 very good too they also remove dents
