lowering my cup

and how low would you recommend

motor sport world they have a website. got them when they had a special offer on got them for £102 as i didnt get charged for delivery, turned up next morning.....

Personaly i have got eibach prolines, as they are a better spring all depends on what your after really again dont lower that much but the handling of the car is improved no body roll at all

i had Apex -40mm springs on my cup

harsh ride but very good in the twisties!!!

What shocks are you using with them? is it the 20mm drop?
