Lowering question!

If i were to buy a lowering kit or whatever!

How much am i looking at to get them fitted? Does anyone know of the amount of labour needed to fit them?

if its just springs, would think well under £100, im sure someone on here near to you would be able to give you a hand, ethier way you need a good set of tools and at least a couple of jacks and axle stands, spring compressor, even if you went to coilovers i dont think you need to be a genius to fit them!
