Lowering spring question and spring fitting service?!

Hi, new to the forum. I currently drive a focus but am selling up and using the miss' clio till i finish my apprenticeship at the end of the year (dam wedding) but i wanna put a bit of my own touch on the clio. Now iv done a bit of research and i know gettin coilovers is going to be a pain as its got 52mm hubs and i dont wanna pay £400 for vmaxx so my next thought was as im only going to be using it for 6 months i may aswell just go for springs.

Which lowering springs sit the lowest? I know the lowest you can go on springs is 60mm but from what i can see looking at photos the PI's tend to sit the lowest?

Can you guys link me to the right PI 60mm springs for a 1.2 8v and any suggestions where is the cheapest as not sure where to look?

Do any forum members offer a lowering service in the west mids and how much do they charge?

Any help for any of my millions of questions would be much appreciated, thanks for reading =]
