Hi all, I'm gradually trying to change a lot of parts on my car to tighten it up and get the best i can out of it with what spare cash i have.
I've very recently had Timing belt, Aux belt, dephaser pulley and oil and filter change (Birchdown did an excellent job i might add). I also ordered 2 new engine mounts for the top and powerflex dogbone mounts plus 4 new spark plugs lastnight.
I'm about to order 2 new rear shocks and also want to get some lowering springs while im at it so they can be put on at the same time i change the shocks. My main concern is the wheels, at the minute i have 17's on them but will be changing to 16's when i can afford some. So my question is, how low do you think i can go with 17's on without rubbing and when i do change to 16's will it make a massive difference to the height?
Thanks, Matt
Edit - If anyone has any other ideas on little upgrades i could do or other parts i should change please feel free to let me know.
