Lowering Springs - Diesel

Have you guys got any recommendations for some springs for my mk2 ph2 diesel? I have looked around shops today and no where fooking does them! its made me mad as my brother was going to fit them tomorrow along with my new 182 wheels I got! I don't want any coilovers or anything like that, they cost an arm and a leg. Something that will just do the job preferably 35mm

i posted in here as well mate, not wrong section really, i think im gonna go for eibach pros or sportlines. around 140 or so and lower car by 35 or 45 mm
