Lowering springs???

Hello people,

Hust as i';ve made up my mind between apex and eibach sportline lowering springs. (eibach's won).

Now i'm hearing h&R are even better than eibachs for my 172 mk2 clio. Is this true, what are peoples opinions.?????????????

I'm a bit new to suspension too matey, but I do beleive H&R's are coilovers and are very pricey!

But as I said, i'm new to "faffing with suspension" lol so ignore that
