i have heard that lowering the clio up to 60mm will ruin your shocks is this true and if not wot affect will lowering have on standard shocks cheers

Ive just put some 17s on my clio 1.2 and want to get it lowered do i need to get lowering springs and shock absorbers or jus the springs?

if you can afford it, i would go for a full kit rather than just springs

all renault dampers wear fairly quickly imo. using shorter, stiffer springs only aggrevates things, especially if it's an older car on original dampers
