Lowering springs

Hi all I have been looking at some lowering springs and seen k-tec racing ones on there website, has any one had these fitted and are they any good.

Cooksports seem to be the spring of choice mate. Or Eibach's

Dont know from first hand experience but plenty of threads if you search Cooksport.

​App very good on the cooksports - not crashy - nicely lowered.
