Well, i think i solved the issue, i had to loosen the right-side bolt (close to the ignition that was holding the steering wheel higher up, basically loosening it let it slide back 2cm and then tighten it again.
Removed first the top dash which took some more work... but it was not needed.
I'm pretty sure i could fit 10mm spacers in there with the same bolts easily, specially on the right side (ignition side) .

Still have not driven it, but i'm pretty sure it's better now, will post again
Excuse the ugly paint and the ugly-mounts on the A pilar, it was worth it for me
