lowering

i have got 17" suppa leggeras on a n reg phase II 16vand i am having a little rubbing on full lock but i want a drop of about 35mm

what problems may i get

has any one else done this who can give me any advise

I thought you said that u wasnt goin to drop it!!

Anyway I dont think you will have much more problems with rubin with a drop like that. Mine is dropped 35mm at front on springs and rubs on full lock, it aint bad though, The back of mine is lowered sh*t loads (around 55mm)and that never rubs. All you need to do is chuck out the old sh*t catchers.

Be a lad mate and drop the valver.

changed my mind did u change the shocks as well or just springs ?? got other stuff planed, loads of over time on at the mo !!

addition ! mines rubbing on metal 2 not just the sh*t guards did u have this as well

haha, i did too, but ran out of oxygen.....its only a small setup. But for a student house, we have everything you need to fix a car, and the dining room is now a workshop, always parts everywhere, and welding, grinding babging with big hammers....the girls hate it

i got 17s on my 16v and they dont rub at all, and can lower it more too.

what offset r they?

think they are 35mm offset...., the rear have much more space than the front.....without even removing the inside rubber arch liners. they look huge.
