Lumpy Idle on valver When Warm???!!!!

  Looking for a ph-quick...
Help! this is doing my head in!

this does not happen all the time, every so often the car will get up to temperature and then idle very lumpy and have so power just plutters about. any ideas ive been told to clean the ISCV which i have done and idnt work, could it need a new one? or is there something else that causes this? could this be ignition related? (plugs, leads, dizzy, rotor arm, coil).
On the subject of the ISCV, it it normal for it to be sucking so hard (excuse the term) i mean u can hear over the engine, any ideas?

also the exhaust seems to be blowing where the manifold meets the down pipe, could it be this i imagine theres some trick gasket in there i guess i will replace that.
All opinons will be greatly appreciated

Do you have an induction kit on the car?
Mine idles better with the original airbox on than it does with my cone filter attached.
Id imagine there is a gasket on your exhaust join, you could just try using exhaust paste and see if it cures it in the short term?

they do suck a lot and with you having a K+N on you will be able to hear it more than normal

get an airbox from LTR in Bury - 0161 797 5353

one thing ive experienced is the dizzi cap, take it off and make sure its fitted 100% correctly, if its slightly out once the dizzi heats up with the engine the cap moves ever so slightly causing misfire

make sure both the screws are screwing into the dizzi properly so it gets tight and you have it lined up properly

On the joining between the manifold and downpipe there is a gasket which if cracked would cause a pretty noisy blowing.
