lovely motor mate...
seen you a few times around standish and shevington over the past week but havent bother posting.
it's at AC in wigan some issues with the paint that need rectifying not had it for 3 days now suffering from withdrawl sysmptoms
fingers crossed for you.

your not wrong there are some world class prats who ponce around like they own the place and the bad attitude of some of the "customer service" staff is staggering.
although to be fair there are a couple of decent ones, you just need to know how to play the game and i've got it down to a tee.
The car was the cheapest in the country at the time and the delivery date was bang on. Just don't get dragged into the AC finance and extra cover trap (rip off).
also remember that RUK ring after 2 weeks to see if you were treated as per the renault guidelines and if your not happy then the salesperson loose out on their bonus for that whole month not just your car, this is a great way of motivating them especially just before Christmas
Came back yesterday and the work they have done is bob on, bubbles in roof graphics gone, scatch on door gone and spoiler resprayed all to my very high standards. Not sure if i'll get it serviced there just yet i'll see how they go on over the following months, i do have some friends who work at Foxfield garage and at HW Moons so may use them

Dont have it service there mate, I had my meggy225 service there and after two weeks of arguing they agreed the mechanic "may" have drive over a gearbox after all!!!! I have over the course of owning a few renaults bought and used AC in Wigan, but now only for that purpose. Even on that front there has been a catalogue of errors including wrong number plates and locking wheel nuts on new cars...
Agree they are usual cheap for buying cars.

i'll put some pics of the spoiler up when i get home tonight.
funny how it splits peoples opinion i love it and to be honest 80% of the reason for buying getting it fitted was to give me a bit more help on track days as it does for the cup racers. the 20% is because of it's looks . it does look so much better in the flesh and not so much like a "shopping trolley" as some think. but hey everyones entited to an opinion thats what makes us all so interesting
