MAC people, trash wont empy some folders uninstalled PS

I just uninstalled CS2 from my mac and there are some folders which wont go out of my trash..

how do i remove these as im having problems installing CS3..

any help would be appreciated!

I take it you have tried the hold down the option key when you choose empty trash ?

Need to get CS3 for the mac too, 2gb at the moment should be ok

Need a large screen too.

there should be something called "Trash-It" it the utilities folder. If not you can probably download it.
