Mac photo editing software

  BG DCI
Have a lot of photos that I like now and I think could be a lot better being able to edit them. I have little experience really apart from playing around on GIMP with my old windows laptop so am curious as to know what people are using if you own a Mac.

I don't really want to spend out a lot on software so this is more for your budget app. available and which is best.

Thought I would get peoples real life experiences with a few and try a couple out myself.

I am not silly with computers but still learning so please no ridiculous software that will majorly hurt my head!!

Thanks

Liam

I've got CS 5.5 on my work laptop and it is ace for doing photos.

You get a 30 day trial you could always have a shot of ;).

Pixelmator, done. There is no better for the money.

Lightroom has 50% off, but that just makes it £118.

Depends what you want to do to edit them and how much your budget is ?!

You can get GiMP for OS X.

You should already have iPhoto on the computer...
