Makeup on the doors

So i noticed there is makeup on the door where ladies touch to close the door or such like.

Any one got anything to remove these oily products?
The doors are not a painted finish but the plastic style.

Who knows what makeup. I dont ask questions.
Could be put on with a trowel.

Tar remover good shout, was unsure if the oils in the make me beautiful powder would be shifted by this.

I had a pre sale clean on a young girls car, the seats and doors were literally covered in foundation or whatever it is. No idea how they get so messy
