making a forum/message board

Hi all, I help with the running of a running club and of which we have a very good website.

Is it possible to Set up a forum/message board for free which could be put on our site?

There's plenty of free forums out there. www.phpbb.com is one of the main free ones. Or you could use a company to host the forums for you such as www.phpbbplanet.com

smf forums are also very good and free.
