Manifold Match

Was thinking of getting the inlet manifold matched. firstly, are there any disadvantages of getting this done? also, anyone know of any places in scotland that could do this?

any good machine shop can do it, but for your own piece of mind it might be worth buying one on an exchange basis from a reputable company.

i wouldnt go as far to say a machine shop could do it competantly as its not a straight machining operation.

do you need to get it remapped after its been re fitted?

You dont have to have a remap but will see better gains if you do
